1) Services and Delivery.
We provide website design, development, and related digital services based on your needs. The delivery time and features depend on what you want.
2) Payments.
- All plans require advance or full payment.
- We will start working only after payment confirmation.
- Domain is not included in any plan. Only the basic plan includes free subdomain.
- We do not charge any storage fees for basic websits with up to 5 pages. However, if your website is large or an E-commerce site, additional storage charges will apply.
3) Refund Policy.
- No refund is allowed once the project has started or a domain/subdomain has been assigned.
- We do not offer refunds for client-side delays or lack of communication.
- Please check our full refund policy before placing your order.
4) Content Responsibility.
Clients must provide all necessary content such as text, images, and videos. AdLelo is not responsive if the image or content has a copyright issue.
5) Website Ownership and Maintenance.
We provide websites under a subscription based service model. Your website will remain active as long as your subscription is renewed on time. If the plan is not renewed after the expoiry date, your website will be automatically deactivated.
In most cases, we do not provide website data once the subscription has ended – unless we have agreed on somthing special before.
6) Changes to Terms.
We may update the terms at any time without any notice. Changes will be posted on this page.
